Besides the prayer of the Liturgy of the Hours and the Holy Mass, the Friars devote two one-hour periods to personal prayer.
“Prayer is to be the very heart of the friars’ way of life, such that nothing should extinguish the spirit of prayer and devotion.” (CFR Constitutions, 31)
