COMMUNITY of  FRANCISCAN FRIARS of  THE RENEWAL

A charism is a gift from the Holy Spirit given to an individual or in this case to a religious institute, for the benefit of the whole Church. The charism given to the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal (CFR) is to participate in Christ’s renewal of all things.

Through their life of intense prayer, committed fraternity, and generous service of the poor and the work of evangelisation, the Friars seek to make concrete the commission of Christ given to our Seraphic Father, St. Francis to “Go and rebuild my Church.”
