Lectio Divina is a prayerful reading of Sacred Scripture that leads to meditation and contemplation. This form of prayer is the daily portion of the Friars’ reception of the Word of God in Scripture. St. Francis’ love for the words of our Lord in Scripture is apparent throughout Scripture.
